The workshop aims to introduce students to the principles of electrolysis and hydrogen fuel cell technology, in relation to renewable energy. Participants will learn about the process of electrolysis and how it can be used to produce hydrogen gas for applications such as fuel cells. Participants will also explore about the different types of hydrogen gas production methods, such as the green, blue and grey hydrogen. Emphasis will be placed on green hydrogen, where several educational kits will be used to demonstrate to the students on storing energy generated from renewable sources, such as solar and wind, in the form of hydrogen, via electrolysis.
